It pushes your endurance, creativity, body, mind, and emotions continuously, but as entrepreneurs and high performer, you can’t live any other way. And let’s admit it, you like the risk, the challenge, and even the stress. 

 

Now and then, though, you need more than just a break. You need a transformation. A way to recharge, realign, and return to your life with renewed purpose and energy.

Body, mind, heart, and soul. Our one to three-day retreats in Bali are crafted to address your deepest pain points—burnout, mental fog, and loss of balance—while fueling your aspirations for growth, leadership, and a life well-lived.

 

Our retreats are not one-size-fits-all. Nestled in the serene beauty of Bali, ARAVITA provides bespoke experiences that blend ancient wisdom with scientifically proven techniques. 

Body

Both modern studies and traditional knowledge point to a connection between emotional states, stress, trauma, or repeated thoughts and specific parts of the body. Just as mental states affect our physical body, the body also affects our psychological outlook. 

 

Our trained and certified bodywork practitioners identify those points through a physical analysis and each client's particular needs and intentions. Through breathwork, assisted physical postures, and traditional bodywork therapies, we heal and strengthen the body with regard to the whole person and their own life goals. 

 

Our group yoga classes help reinforce correct posture, bring oxygen to the blood and brain, and strengthen the body overall. 

Under the direction of trained traditional herbalists, each client is prescribed a bespoke series of herbal treatments that supports their unique needs, strenghts, and challenges. We use only naturally grown and hygenically prepared herbal ingredients, containing elements that have been scientifcally shown to have positive effects on health and well-being. 

 

All of our meals are prepared under the same principles, providing nourishing, simple fare that strengthens the immune system and supports the whole person in all aspects. 

The benefits of combined infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy include greater circulation, faster recovery, improved immune response, detoxification, and stress relief. This combination, in tandem with our other techniques has a powerful effect on healing the mind a forging new neural pathways, allowing our clients to overcome the stress of a high performance lifestyle and achieve their personal and career goals with greater clarity and overall health.

Mind

Journaling is not only an effective way of setting and realizing intentions, it is also a proven effective thereapeutic technique. Our journaling sessions and custom created prompts are designed to work hand in hand with our techniques and activities to consciously connect physical and spiritual well-being with conscious intention.

Our evenings are filled with live music by innovative local musicians, as well as live particaptory cooking experiences with our chefs and a refreshing dinner. The process of picking fresh herbs together, sharing the cooking process, and bonding over a nourishing meal is not only helpful to overall well-being, but a great chance to connect with the other like-minded creative entrepreneurs who share our space. 

Heart

From our earth plaster floors and walls, to our natural stone courtyards, green lawns, and reflexology-designed stone pathways, we encourage our guests to take off their shoes, and reconnect with nature. Guided forest therapy walks open the senses up the natural world, and accept the spontaneous creativity and relaxation that it brings.

Hundreds of studies have proven that even simple meditative practices can increase overall mental and physical well-being. Our unique system, the result of 25 years of study, practice, and teaching, takes this even further. We combine sitting, stretching, walking, breathing, and visualization into a complete system that unlocks the benefits of mindfulness and other traditional techniques in a way that is accessible and easy to learn. Through one-on-one custom sessions, we provide our clients with a simple practice that will lead to greater overall well-being and enable them to develop the unique abilities they need to achieve their goals
